Habitable Art
Fisher Group has recently added Corsi Cabinets as an additional resource for cabinets. Offering cabinets at three levels, Corsi has Greenfield Cabinets, a semi-custom line, Corsi Cabinets, a luxurious custom cabinet line, and Logan Inset, a new design classic with architectural references. Our plans include installing a cabinet display at our office for clients to view.
Recent Awards
In December we were honored to receive the Washington DC Metro NARI Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards in Residential Remodeling Under $100,000, and Best Kitchen $60,000 - $100,000. In February our submissions to the National competition received the Re
gional award in the Residential Remodeling Under $100,000, and Best Bathroom $30,000 - $60,000. In June we were awarded 3 awards at the Crysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence at the Southern Builders Show in Atlanta. One was for the work on Guest House, a transition home for women coming out of prison, in cooperation with Habitat for Humanity and the City of Alexandria, we were presented with the Virginia remodeler of the Year. We were also selected from the 10 state region for Southern Remodeler of the Year for the same project. See our website under the News section for a description of the project.
In July, Qualified Remodeler Magazine, a national publication, announced Fisher Group received "Special Judges Mention" for a wine bar.
In September, we were awarded the American Society of Interior Designers First Place award for Single Detail, for a wine bar.

On May 14th, 2005 we participated in the Fairlington Home and Garden Tour where one of our projects was featured. On September 12, 2005 one of our projects was featured in the Truro Home Tour.
