Fairfax Mews. City of Fairfax. Original 70's bath, both powder room and guest bath, had poor storage, outdated banjo top was out of step with homeowners' contemporary aesthetic.

Providing a touch of elegance, as well as full bath function, a pedestal sink and aqua glass tile lightens the watery space, grounded with earthy gray. Accent band ties both gestures together.

The new aesthetic eloquently speaks a generous welcome to guests. Even their 12 year old grandson was wowed!
